For example, carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) combines high strength with low density and is often used in the frame structures of high-end tactical equipment, such as sniper rifle stocks and drone components. Furthermore, ceramic materials such as alumina and boron carbide, due to their extreme hardness, are often used as supplementary layers in ballistic armor plates, effectively protecting against high-velocity projectiles.

Functional fabrics such as Cordura nylon, with their wear and tear resistance, are a top choice for tactical clothing and backpacks. Breathable and waterproof membranes like Gore-Tex enhance the adaptability of equipment in harsh environments.

In summary, the material selection for tactical equipment must balance protection, mobility, and durability based on specific requirements. With advances in materials science, lightweighting and multifunctionality will become key development trends.
